Petya is a newcomer to Moscow. In the city, he has no connections, no relatives, no friends, no job, no money, no nothing. All he’s got is unlimited enthusiasm and a charming personality. But as they say, fortune favors the daring. And Petya is going to prove that theory.
He always gets into funny and sometimes ridiculous situations. On his first day in town, Petya witnesses a suicide, becomes the sole breadwinner of a large family, finds a job and meets the love of his life.
Petya is surrounded by strong female characters. There are several love triangles that involve an upcountry guy Petya and a smart beautiful young woman Olga Odintsova, who graduated from Harvard and became the Vice-President of a large company.
The conceptual difference of this series from other stories about "Cinderella" is that the lead character is played by a guy, which is rather unusual for that kind of genre. However, it’s worth mentioning that Petya reminds another character of a popular Russian fairy tale — Emelya. Everything comes easily to him, as if by magic. So eventually, he will get the girl.
